1. Information we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, email address and authentication provider details. As you build your profile we store the content you add — your username, bio, links, images and theme preferences.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to operate the service, render your public profile, provide analytics about your page, and keep your account secure. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Analytics

We collect aggregate, privacy-respecting analytics about visits to your public profile, such as view and click counts, device type, browser and approximate country. This data helps you understand your audience.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored using Google Firebase. We apply strict security rules so only you can read and modify your account data. All traffic is encrypted in transit.

5. Your rights

You can export or permanently delete your data at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, links and associated analytics.

6. Instagram integration

If you choose to connect your Instagram account, we access data through Meta's official Instagram Graph API. This integration is optional and can be disconnected at any time.

Instagram data we collect

  • Your Instagram username, profile picture, follower count and bio
  • Your Instagram post URLs, captions and media thumbnails
  • Your Instagram User ID
  • Comments on your posts for keyword detection only — we do not store comment content
  • We do not store the content of messages (DMs) we send on your behalf

How we use Instagram data

  • To display your Instagram profile and posts on your WayToLink bio page
  • To detect trigger keywords in comments and send automated DM replies you configure
  • We never sell Instagram data to third parties
  • We never use Instagram data for advertising

How long we store it

  • Instagram access tokens are stored encrypted and deleted when you disconnect
  • Post data is stored until you disconnect Instagram or delete your account

Your rights

Third parties

  • Instagram data is processed via Meta's official Graph API only
  • No third-party analytics tools receive Instagram data
