What is WayToLink?
One page where people can see what you offer and book a paid 1:1 session with you. You set the sessions, the prices and the hours you are free; WayToLink handles the scheduling, the payment and the meeting link.
What does it cost?
Creating your page and publishing sessions is free. WayToLink takes a small percentage of each paid booking — nothing is charged when nobody books.
How do I get paid?
Customers pay when they book, through a licensed payment provider. Your share is settled to your own account by that provider. WayToLink never holds your money.
Can I offer a free session?
Yes. Set the price to zero and the booking flow skips payment entirely — useful for intro calls, office hours or a waitlist.
What stops two people booking the same slot?
A slot is claimed in a single database transaction, so if two people try at once only one succeeds and the other is told to pick another time.
What happens if someone cancels?
You choose the refund rules per session — for example full refund beyond 24 hours, half beyond 12, none inside that. The refund is processed by the payment provider.
